'Ignatius' by Dan Wood is an exciting page turner that I really enjoyed. It's well detailed and has plenty of chapter cliff hangers that'll make you want to keep reading. The characters are likeable and I hope this isn't the last we see of this pairing. I'm giving 'Ignatius' a great big 5 stars!

Blog Tour: Crocodile Tears by Mercedes Rosende
It's my stop on the blog tour for "Crocodile Tears", my first crime fiction read of the year and also my first read from Uruguay. I was pleasantly surprised by this comic caper and especially it's quirky characters. A really enjoyable 4 stars from me!
Audiobook Review: Life in Pieces by Dawn O’Porter
"Life in Pieces" tells one woman's story of her family during lockdown. I did enjoy it and found a lot of Dawn's experiences to be very similar to my own, but I think this book would be better suited to mother's of young children, especially those who were home-schooling at the beginning of the pandemic. An enjoyable 3 star read for me!
Audiobook Review: Perfect Prey by Helen Fields
“Perfect Prey” is another great D.I. Callanach book by Helen Fields. The murders were gruesome and the story was gripping both of which made for a really great crime story! A 4 star read for me!
