It's my stop on the blog tour for “The Secrets of Strangers”, a compelling story of a hostage situation in a Balham cafe. That may sounds a bit intense, but this story is more than that, diving deep into the lives of those involved and exploring the secrets that we all keep. It's 4 stars from me!

It's my stop on the blog tour for 'The Butchers' by Ruth Gilligan! This is an interesting story set in Ireland in 1996. Full of folklore and tradition, this is a compelling coming-of-age story reflecting the changing views and beliefs at this time.
"The Book of Koli" is great and if the rest of the trilogy is anything like this, we're in for a treat! I engaged with the characters and felt fully immersed in this descriptive world. This was a strong 4 stars for me!
It's my stop on the blog tour for "The Fallout" by Rebecca Thornton. "The Fallout" follows the story of Liza and Sarah, two mums just trying to do their best for their children. It's full of drama and is a bit of a roller-coaster read, putting a smile on your face one minute and bringing a tear to your eye the next. I enjoyed this myself but think it would be more suited to an audience of parents.
It's my stop on the blog tour for "Two Lives" by A Yi. "Two Lives" is an original collection of Chinese short stories for open-minded readers. It's dark, twisted and a little odd, so I'd recommend taking these stories slowly rather than all in one go.
It's my stop on the blog tour for "The Operator". This is a light-hearted, entertaining story set in Ohio during the 1950s. Vivian Dalton is a fascinating leading lady and the secrets she uncovers are pretty interesting too. It's 4 stars from me!
It's my stop on the blog tour for “The Snakes”, a compelling family drama about the hidden secrets of one dysfunctional family. If you're into a slow burning read, this is for you!

It's my stop on the “Blood on His Hands” blog tour! This is a well detailed, gripping piece of crime fiction. I was kept guessing who was responsible for the increasing body count right up until the end. It’s 4 stars from me!
