The Rampart Trilogy is shaping up to be a fantastic series of dystopian fantasy. The second in the trilogy, “The Trials of Koli” was a really enjoyable read, exploring an already well-established world in even more detail. This was a strong 4 stars for me!

"Gilding the Lily" is a domestic drama full of secrets, lies and plenty of arguments too. I had a couple of niggles, but in general found this to be enjoyable story with unexpected ending.
It's my stop on the blog tour for "The One That Got Away", a twisty thriller that'll keep you guessing right up until the end. Imagine that your ex has been murdered and you're being suspected as the killer! For the most part, this is a fast paced read and it's definitely a well written debut. A great 4 stars from me!
"Hinton Hollow Death Trip" is full of all kinds of evil. Narrated by Evil itself, this isn't a book for the faint-hearted and is sure to keep you on your toes. I personally didn't love the style, but the story was really enjoyable and certainly unique! If you're looking for something dark, give this a try!

Full of secrets and deception, both this and book one, "A Dark Matter" are engaging stories with a cast of strong female characters. This is a fast paced read and one I really enjoyed - another 5 stars from me!
It's my stop on the blog tour for "Homeward Bound" by Richard Smith, a funny, feel-good read that I’d highly recommend. With music intertwined throughout, this is a story of family, love, hope and dreams and finding your purpose a different points in your life. 5 stars!
It's my stop on the blog tour for "Sea Wife". This book takes a complex look at marriage and family life whilst sailing the sea around the Caribbean. The writing is beautiful at times but with themes of depression and abuse this isn't a particularly upbeat read. I struggled a little with the terminology but enjoyed it nonetheless. This was a strong 3 star read for me!
