"What Lies Beneath" by Adam Croft is a quaint detective story investigating a murder in the country's smallest county, Rutland. There were some elements that weren't too my tastes, but in general I found this to be a quick, enjoyable read. It's 3 stars from me!
“Death and Croissants” by Ian Moore is an entertaining mystery that's bound to put a smile on your face. Recommended for fans of a light-hearted cosy mystery. It’s 4 stars from me!
I'd definitely recommend giving "Rules for Perfect Murders" a go if you've enjoyed any of Peter Swanson's other work. It's quite an easy read, but it's both fun and mysterious and will keep you on your toes! A good 4 star read for me!

“The Silver Road” in audiobook wasn't my cup of tea. I struggled with the format and didn't really get into the story. I'd like to give this one a try in traditional print at some point in the future. Keep your eyes peeled for an update!
“Perfect Death” is the third book in the D.I. Callanach series by Helen Fields. This book was as a little less gruesome than it's predecessors but still made for an enjoyable read. This slightly more character focussed read gets 3 stars from me.

It’s another 3 stars from me for "A Stanger in the House" by Shari Lapena. This is a contemporary thriller that I enjoyed, but wasn't amazed by. Recommended for fans of the author!

“Perfect Prey” is another great D.I. Callanach book by Helen Fields. The murders were gruesome and the story was gripping both of which made for a really great crime story! A 4 star read for me!
